The initial consultation and first treatment session takes about 2.5 hours.
During this time, the client’s requests, topics and intentions are clarified, new perspectives and solutions are developed through coaching. Through body work, the process is then deepened and blockages are released. Follow-up treatments usually last 90 minutes. Sometimes they may last a little longer, depending on the client’s needs.

If necessary, or upon request, I can provide frequency healing at the beginning of the coaching process. My treatments are different each time and are custom tailored to my clients’ needs.

I sometimes use singing bowls, aromatherapy oils, aura sprays from Ingrid Auer, Aura-Soma, and the Healy, among other things, to best meet my clients’ needs.

If you prefer no physical contact: Coaching sessions for a healthy mindset and the right attitude for a successful, happy life free from fear are also possible WITHOUT any bodywork/physical contact.

My coaching sessions are enhanced by and supported with “frequency healing” for an even deeper-level experience. Online appointments with video-calls for example via Zoom, are also available.
