We begin the treatment session with a brief conversation in which we direct your attention and awareness to the relevant topics of your choice. Specifically, by asking open questions potential issues can be identified, clarified, and made conscious.
Many different techniques can be used to discover the roots of any issue, especially on the mental level. 

Your attention is then directed towards your body, where your topic of choice manifests into a physical sensation. Where in the body can it be felt and how exactly does it feel?

Lastly, we discuss which goals and targets should be pursued during treatment, which feelings you would like to feel instead and how you want to feel inside your body. By setting this intention, the soul, the mind, and every cell of the body are aligned with a common goal – a crucial step for a tangible success of the treatment.

My SOMAJA-based body work draws influence from ancient traditional knowledge from various cultures and was developed my Christina Pelzer. Each client will receive an individual treatment, tailored specifically to them and their issues, utilizing a wide range of techniques that target the various sensory channels. 

The goal of SOMAJA bodywork is to provide the body with the attention it needs through mindfulness, mental presence, and love. We create a space in your body, allowing the essence that defines you to sink deep into your body once again, filling you up with your very own energy.
